It's good but it's best to play with friends or at least people who know how to communicate. The friendly AI isn't really the best and pubbies tend to be fucking retards who have no clue what they're doing and try to play it like a typical shooter rather than a SWAT game.
Last time I played with pubbies there was some dumb faggot in our squad who just running up to doors, mag dumping them and then kicking them open. Dude didn't even kill any suspects doing this shit, just two civilians (and even if he had managed to kill a suspect it would have been unauthorized use of force since he didn't even give compliance commands), and then just quit the game when he got shot by a suspect hiding in a corner after kicking a door open and running in without checking corners like a complete fucktard.
