I don't follow this shit, but apparently the Fungus Youtuber Man has decided to make a campaign to ban corporations from making games unplayable in the future, like Ubisoft did with The Crew 2. The idea is: if you sell a product, it needs to be functional in some way or another, even if it's something online, it needs to at least continue to work offline, even if you play the game alone.
So this faggot that the OP posted made a video saying that he's against it, because the government would make indie online games prohibitive, because indies would have to spend their whole money on servers and they would go broke or some shit like that, which has nothing to do with the initial issue.

The multiplayer aspect of the game is part of what was sold to the customer, and that aspect should also be available to them. Releasing a simplified server binary that can support... say... up to 128 people would be much more ideal.
