It worked to an extent, there was a veneer of a popular game, and thousands buyedboughted it, but that was a phyrric victory in the end, they never should have released it in the state it's in, everyone who tried it abandoned it, many probably refunded it, and if the cash injection they got can carry them to a full release and they ever actually release a 1.0 version, nobody will extend them any latitude, nobody will buy it, their product is dead
