I remember Sony blocking PS5s from any online service like their store or even updates here after some people started using it to get the 20 PS Plus games that it got at launch for other people.
You could only get these games on a PS5 but people started sharing their PS4 accounts with people that had a PS5 so they could get these games for for them, after some time they started banning all they PS5s that logged in multiple accounts to get the games. I think they got fucked by a lawsuit or something.
