This is legitimately one of the greatest games I have ever played in my life. The campaign is on the level of a good MGS game.

I loved all the campaigns from Modern Warfare up to Black ops and replayed them all multiple times. Stopped playing after that point so I can't attest to the quality of later games, but I hear they went downhill.

Black Ops went through an emo Michael Bay phase but it went back on track now surprisingly
Modern Warfare was turned into a TV Show like game emphasizing heavily on characters with war being a backdrop for the characters to shine

I still liked 1st and the 2nd one better. WW2 never gets old for me. I am replaying MOHA right now.
But yeah. it was a great game. When it comes to playing campaigns, I also had fun with Modern warfare 1, 2 and 3 to be honest.

Halo is way better. Black Ops was fun for multiplayer like zombies, but the campaign wasn’t fantastic. The campaign for Halo 1+2 are fucking fun

CoD went to shit right after it became a console-exclusive franchise with #2.
WAW was a short return to greatness, but not normalfag-friendly enough.
