I liked it a lot.
It’s like City plus more, with jankier, buggier gameplay, and a way lower stakes more straight forward story (which I vastly prefer). It’s personally my favorite but I’m not contrarian enough to say it’s actually the best game in the series.

She was obviously set up to be his love interest initially in the first ever comic and they have a more interesting dynamic with him going easy on her because he knows she’s a good person deep down to the point she’ll even put her own life on the line to rescue him unsolicited even if it costs her a big score.
