I started playing AK recently, I was expecting the Joker to be completely absent since you incinerate him in the intro cutscene, so it was a VERY pleaseant surprise to see him pop up everywhere and constantly shittalk Batman

I liked it a lot.
It’s like City plus more, with jankier, buggier gameplay, and a way lower stakes more straight forward story (which I vastly prefer). It’s personally my favorite but I’m not contrarian enough to say it’s actually the best game in the series.

I just like Catwoman X Batman more. She was obviously set up to be his love interest initially in the first ever comic and they have a more interesting dynamic with him going easy on her because he knows she’s a good person deep down to the point she’ll even put her own life on the line to rescue him unsolicited even if it costs her a big score. I’m a huge sucker for that shit. Too bad she got fucked over from being his love interest because she was deemed “too sexy” in the 70’s and disappeared for years.
