Incorrect here, /vt/umor. It's not "EU devs", it's anyone that wants to have their game on the EU market, which for all intents and purposes means everyone. This is similar to Europe forced gacha games to have lootbox clarity in their regions so now every game has it everywhere, or how Australia forced Steam to allow refunds so now everyone can refund games on Steam.
