Why would you play this when Persona exists? All the mainline Persona games are just universally better (and cheaper)

I don't like monster collection. Job classes are infinitely superior. Digital Devil Saga is the best SMT.
Also fantasy setting is far better than Japanese high schooler. Though again, apocalyptic hellscape like SMT IV, Stranger Journey, and DDS is far better.

it's not set in a highschool and the pacing isn't quite so bad as Persona titles
