I enjoyed it, it was a weird little romp with some interesting concepts/story. And all made by just one dude so it's his full creative vision.

It is a *very* simple game though, a walking/exploration sim style of game upon a grid, with the only "combat" being a few enemies in certain levels just walk towards you trying to hit you while you just hit back. And the graphics are pretty crude but maybe you'd like that?

Basically it's hit or miss, either it's a style you're into or you just don't like it.

Between chat and some personal misgivings, quickly into playing the game he deduced it to be an Undertale-like game, and proceeded to not take the game seriously and do things to spite some of the chat, culminating when he just started killing every NPC he came across as a meme, and people got upset.

IIRC he didn't especially want to play this game in the first place but a vocal minority of chat kept pushing it until he did, so he trolled them in response.

I don't think that it is, but it has some various weird NPCs scattered about you can interact with, like talking to or killing, and I imagine he assumed the game to be similar to Undertale in that regard? Or at least, based on chat's reactions to the NPCs, and then in turn what he did to them

It was all a bit of a silly mess really, hence why he took the stream down later

I played the game and killed everything as well, the only thing you miss out is initial dialogue from them which can tell you what to do so you aren't wandering aimlessly, there's no consequences.

It's not that the game was "Undertale" in the way that you aren't suppose to kill everyone,but more like people getting uppity because he was killing the monsters before reading their flavor text

Boring trash

Its a short walking game with mild puzzle aspects and very easy combat (hold S while bashing the enemy, or side-step and bash)
If you want a weird story and try connecting it together, sure. If you dont mind walking around and enjoying the atmosphere, sure.
If you want some life-changing experience or the UNDERRATED GOTY HIDDEN GEM, no.

Take it from a guy who's too obsessed with C'venash.
