actual real-time AI stuff like that video would require a very powerful GPU for it to happen constantly in-game as a mechanic.
and since devs prioritize mid range and outdated GPUs for maximum audience reach, not any time soon.

ChatGPT told me in 5-7 years we should see specialized LLM or similar models start to see decent penetration into video games to help flesh out NPCs and allow player freedom, although it'll likely be very limited unless some of the current issues are addressed.
