other than stealthily using touched up AI art assets, probably just AI-assisted 3D asset creation workflow stuff which is already happening.
actual real-time AI stuff like that video would require a very powerful GPU for it to happen constantly in-game as a mechanic.
and since devs prioritize mid range and outdated GPUs for maximum audience reach, not any time soon.
