It's unhinged when you don't try to immerse yourself into the story and blindly believe the characters' motives.
Either way, I want more stories like Clinical Trial. It's a story that's written to be shallow for the sake of fulfilling a power fantasy of an unhealthy relationship dynamic of overprotective psycho X uwu little angel. Japs do that all the time.

I don't mind retarded fujoshi stalker plots, it's just jarring because for the first 80% of the story Angel and Lee are both really well written characterizations of ADD/asperger's (speaking as someone diagnosed with both) down to kinda subtle details in their dialogue and sprites, so the completely out of character stone cold revenge torture/murder twist kinda pissed me off lol
