The gargoyle's are not that bad. Most of the boss fights are very fair, at least pick something that is actually bullshit. Doing a pyromancy run RN after only an UGS run, no issues and am in anor Londo now. Not looking forward to Nito again.

It can be pretty rough if you have a poor grasp of spacing, baiting out attacks, and camera control. Once you get those down the whole game is a cakewalk.
Of course you can always just use a +5 zwei to three-hit them

Of the four lords, I find Four Kings to be the most annoying. Can't tell you how many times I biffed an attack because I didn't realize that I was further away than I thought, or go hit by something I was pretty sure I was out of range of
