It's so sad how people refuse to let themselves enjoy things over online politics or A.I. usage.

They were sucking off The Alters as one of the best games of the year, and then some textures/portraits were discovered to be A.I. and now they're refusing to ever play the game. So fucking weird to me.

All creatives are because we now live in a world where no artist can meaningfully take credit for anything. Even if you wrote the next masterpiece of literature, others would accuse it of being AI generated. Eventually, once all the seething is done, artists will just have to accept that the days of taking credit for anything are essentially over. If you want to do art, you have to actually do it for the art itself and not for the approval of others. You won't find it anymore.

I just got back into it last night after taking a break. Just got to the huge decision a f im thinking about siding with Max since its seems like the better option even if it is pretty fucked up.
