Just like in the Reed endings, she is happy when you spare her, but is pissed when you kill her.

It's worth noting that you do not see Songbird again even in the full NUSA ending where you are cured. Reed says she is incarcerated. Reed has been lying to you the whole game.
Myers doesn't want Songbird. She wants the technology that is Songbird. After Songbird has escaped once, Myers wants her dead.
On the rooftop she isn't undecided about what to do about Songbird, she's very clear about it and convinces Reed to kill her.
If you hand her over at the Shuttle she is killed.
