it's like an old movie idea. bumbling retard somehow becomes the boss and has to maintain the illusion that he deserves to be there. hilarity ensues, only in this case, nothing hilarious ever happened. he just actually maintained the illusion and no one questioned it because everyone below him is massively unqualified for every position they wormed their way in to.
