How was this game hyped up to hell and back? It's baffling to think back on it for how mid the game is

The game has a few excellent standout traditional tracks such as the Hyrule Castle theme or Attack on Vah Ruta, or Colgera's BGM in the sequel.
Honestly I wish they leaned more into the setpieces from time to time.
