No, that was Mariko and that was meant for a 2019 release, problem was that Nvidia put all their their focus on the Shield TV and didn't bother bumping the max ram up to 16GB (8GB for retail models), doubled the ram bandwidth to 128-Bit and instead kept the same max ram amount and ram bandwidth as Erista (8GB max, 4GB retail and a 64-bit ram bus) so Nintendo released it as a die shrink rather then a pro model.
