In the original audio she repeats a Jap word that’s derived from onomatopoeia for dragging your feet. So she’s saying “drag drag drag” as a way of meaning “stop dragging your feet and do something you little bitch”. It’s one of those things that can’t be translated directly without sounding really weird so they came up with dilly dally shilly shally.
