A total sausage fest...which is arguably a requirement for greatness. No cute face in the office to distract, create simps and result in workplace drama. Just pure focus on the art, competitive creativity and exchange of ideas.
Some devs make it work, however. Tomb Raider (1996) and Fallout: New Vegas are total classics with diverse devs for example. New Vegas is basically a very elaborate mod of someone else's game so shouldn't count though, and as for Tomb Raider, women in the 90s were simply more based (as were men), and it shows in this game. Whatever the case, gaming in the 90s was overwhelmingly male-dominated, and was better for it (and was better for 20 other reasons). Look no further than Deus Ex as a prime example. But some lunatic will call Deus Ex a prime example of toxic masculinity for having no women on the team, and anyone making that claim should simply not be given a single second of attention or validity. We're supposed to ignore insane/stupid people.
