Microsoft has had every advantage known to man. They had incredibly talented devs. EVERY generation outside of the OG Xbox, they made a stupid business decision that knee-capped them and they spent all of their time fixing before the next generation. They have IPs that sold and reviewed well that they're just sitting on because they can't make them always online and over-monetized. SONY at least pretends to care about their legacy franchises with references in their new games, but Microsoft/Xbox couldn't be bothered.

Don't get me wrong. SONY has made unbelievably stupid decisions (especially as of late), but with Microsoft, it's like the Superbowl where the Falcons blew a 25 point lead to the Patriots because they snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
