Got to the end of the vanilla storyline on my P5R replay. Earlier in the winter I played P3R twice, and then P4G before that. I’m not back on 3rd semester yet but having played all of these in a close enough timeframe to have their details fresh in my mind, I genuinely believe with all my heart that P5’s hate is undeserved and is wholly rooted in contrarianism. I truly can’t see any other reason why people would try to frame P5 as one of the worst installments when it’s a very strong contender for the best Persona experience; looking at it from an “overall” angle at least
