Not really a fan of horror games, I've only played a handful.
1. Silent Hill 3
2. Silent Hill 1
3. VTMB (Ocean House Hotel)
4. FAITH
5. Black Souls 2
I liked RE games, but didn't find any of them particularly scary. SH 2 and 4 failed to elicit any scares out of me. Amnesia and Outlast I didn't really like. SOMA is great, but not really scary.

Just Amnesia for me, no other game has gotten close to how that game made me feel.

i just remembered penumbra, i was almost too scared to finish it as a kid...

pathologic 1 can get pretty spooky, especially entering infected houses
