When he flew for 90% of the hunt when I was emulating 4u I just couldn't do it. Just enabled cheats and one hit him any time I encountered him.

Nah, Rath is genuinely one of the worst fights in FU. He's not a wall because he's well designed, he's a wall because he can just instant cancel out of his animations and do instant tackles with no tell. He was a shitmon. Now he's too easy sure, but that's not a Rathalos issue, that's just the entire game.

what? No he didnt? The only 'hard' move was the roar-stun to instant fireball, which caught people a few times.
if rathalos was a 'wall' then so is anything his power level, which in the old games was pretty low. Is jyratados a wall? no? well then youre a retard.

Hes objectively harder in rise onwards though, so im guessing this is literal bait and im just going to close the shit thread.

He's prety tough in Rise MR.

fuck monsters who don't respect your time; that's why gu g rank kinda sucks when progressing. everything takes too long by yourself but is piss easy in multiplayer, there's no good difficulty curve. monsters should have had their hp and damage doubled in multiplayer and hp cut to 75% in singleplayer until lategame.

I would understand world rathalos but in any game before that you could just flash bomb him and he'd stop being a threat. Since FU rathalos has been one of the monsters I could consistently kill below 8 minutes even in G rank up until that tranny iceborne update. Talking about vanilla and blue rathalos btw. Silver and the deviants were obviously more difficult to manage
