Of course not, sillyhead. The perspective switch is just symbolic, like the player fully submitting himself to the videogame. This wouldn't take so long if it was just chibishit. Here's my old copypasta on it. I haven't been keeping up with dev interviews and shit so it may be slightly outdated.
What we know so far is:
Only Crazy Mita will be a *main* character. This does not confirm nor deconfirm other Mitas cameoing, but seriously don't get your hopes up.
Takes place throughout a period of three days. This seems to have been planned early, so it may or may not have changed.
"Gameplay" will basically be a massively expanded version of the initial Crazy hangout chapters of the game mixed with some Tamagotchi elements. Play around with Crazy while managing her mood and buying her shit with the currency you earn from minigames. Minigames, conversation, cooking, and intimacy are the activities confirmed so far.
Purchases will be done through the player's phone. No clue on what will be purchaseable, but I'm expecting gift items (for mood bonuses), furniture (or so I pray), clothes and ingredients for cooking.
Maken has mentioned ceкc (sex) once as one of the intimacies, but this may or may not have been a joke. Only hugs and kisses are 100% confirmed, the latter of which has already been teased in a video.
