I did. I also did it on the PS3 fat back before the entire game would install so you'd have to install the cutscenes between acts and sit through a loading screen of old snake smoking a cig for like 4 minutes between acts

PW is sooo much superior, actually well thought and FINISHED game compared to The Piss Pain, it's not even funny. Jewnami truly fucked up a potential game of the decade.

Steam port would be kino but probably a licensing nightmare. Between the Apple product placements, all the Sony VAIOs, and the Johnny turd jokes, half the game would need to be censored or replaced. At this point your best bet is RPCS3, it's GPU-melting but runs surprisingly well now. Just don’t forget to crank up the internal resolution or Snake ends up looking like a PS2 wax figure.
