Her personality is "Complete fucking retard." I wish I was kidding, but here are some examples of her keen intelligence. She walks into a plaza, there is a large sign that says "PLAZA" in bright red in front of her, she confusedly looks around and says, "I think this might have been a plaza," which, fair enough maybe the voice direction was shit and that line should have been sarcastic instead of confused.
Eve likes to collect cans, but she has no idea what they are or what they are for, despite the fact these are drink cans with perfectly legible text and descriptions about the drinks they contain, and at one point she admits she knows what "hydration pods" are. She has no idea what a map on cloth is and has to ask someone else, but admits she has seen digital maps before. She gets baffled by the concept of books, despite the massive power outages around her.
