Consent usually isn't the question, but rather the power dynamic. Opens up the organization to civil liability for sexual harassment or similar. Same reason companies fire people for sleeping with their coworkers. Parents are also able to sue on the behalf of a child in many places, regardless of what the child thinks or feels about the relationship. Teachers that fuck students, male or female, are rarely charged with rape or sexual assault. It does happen, but it's rare and makes the news to generate rage engagement. Usually they just get let go from their school and that's the end of it.
