Microsoft gave them all 10 years no "crunch" no pressure infinite money and all they did was touch themselves collecting paychecks and pushing out directionless turds. Retro Studios was given 10 years of freedom after Tropical Freeze to make what they want and they made no games and a shitty Winx Club Zelda knock off that got canceled because it was trash.

This is true. Perfect Dark and Everwild were cancelled because they were both in development for over five years with nothing to show. HOW DO YOU DEVELOP A GAME FOR HALF A DECADE AND STILL NOT HAVE IT BE PLAYABLE?! And the developer for Perfect Dark, the Initiative hasn't shipped a single game. Burn them all. They deserve to be cancelled. Fuck games that take over half a decade to release.
