The best time to kill them is probably in their sleep, not when they're fighting in a pitched battle with another Dominant and are destroying the entire area around them. Or maybe use poison." Clive's actions, or rather inaction, threatened to put to death his Command, and if his comrades were still alive, their lives as well.
Now, coming back to the axe. THE IRONBLOOD HAD TAKEN THE HIGH GROUND, SURROUNDED THE THREE REMAINING ASSASSIN'S WHO HAD JUST DEFEATED THEIR WALKING NUCLEAR WEAPON, AND THREW ONLY ONE AXE AT ONE GUY WHEN ALL THREE WERE UNAWARE OF ALL THE IRONBLOOD. Now, I'm not entirely sure Annabelle would know that Jill is Shiva. The Ironblood enslaved a lot of women and girls when they sacked Rosalith and assuming Elwin (or his Father?) were not brutal mass murderers, they probably incorporated Northerners into Rosaria's dominion.

People who seek out challenging content in an MMO by and large are narccissists who are drawn to the prestige of it, not the actual challenge. The very thing that makes them seek out high end raiding is what drives them to cheat. Hardcore raiding has never been about challenge for challenge's sake, it's been about bragging rights and having a cool glam you can flex on lesser players with who simply lack the free time you have to spend so much time on a raid. As such, cheating is naturally not an issue for them. When the goal is not overcoming immense challenges for the sake of it, but for the rewards and bragging rights, why would you have any issue cheating to get it?
Seeking out hard content is narcissitic by default. It's something that attracts ego-andies by it's nature. The amount of people who actually play hard content because they just like the challenge is extremely miniscule. Very few people like to be challenged in life in any way shape or form and naturally go the path of least resistence. Since the goal for the vast majority doing hardcore content is the rewards and bragging rights (i.e. ego-based motivations), naturally they cheat because cheating is the path of least resistence.
This is why "hardcore content" in an MMO is an oxymoron and will never not be a total waste of developer resources trying to cater to these people because they don't actually want hard content in the first place, they just want the illusion of it and something to flex on other players over even if they didn't actually earn it fair and square.

>>714471720Depends on what you want, but other than jobs playing differently, everything is more or less the same as they left it. They didn't really remove or alter much, though they did mildly change a few dungeons to make them compatible with NPCs.
But as I mentioned above, jobs were made simpler, and as a result of the passage of time (stacking expansions), some stuff was removed at the front end so there was space at the back end. So at level 50 you have fewer abils now than you did in ARR because if they just kept adding on top of the original level 50 stuff, it'd be completely unplayable. As a result, it's left 50-60 relatively barren and the jobs only finding their place around lvl 70-80 and onward in many cases.
