Turtle wow is my recommendation. There are aspects that can be considered pay to win, such as being able to buy 30 slot bags, a mobile auctioneer, etc, but all in all it's a refreshing experience to see classic content expanded upon rather than abandoned. They somehow introduce content without compromising the classic experience.

I'd say give it a try if you're looking for classic content that has stuff gradually added on. People say that the mods are extremely trigger happy and trannies, but I haven't seen it. Picrel.
