Playstation is publishing their next single-player game on PC day one. Outside of their first-party single-player games, I don't think any other Playstation published titles, especially those that do well in China, are gonna miss launching on PC day one from now on.

And since one of the biggest complaints people had about Stellar Blade were the cutscenes, something Playstation Studio games are good at, I'm guessing they stick with Playstation as publisher. Who the hell said that? The game is actually missing cutscenes as mentioned by the director. Outside of key story missions, most of the cutscenes is just two character models standing.

Come on mate, if you are playing the game enough, you'll realize that some beta and some burst abilities can interrupt enemy's attacks, even yellow ones. Dunno, see some beginner guides or some "errors to avoid videos", some can be pretty informative. L1+ square or L1 + circle are your best friends (properly upgraded), and R1 + circle is always so comfy to look in action, and it deals some sweet damage too.
having said that, yeah, the game does a crappy job at training you on how to use your abilities fully. The game is not perfect, lacks polish on aspects, but you know what? for their first game of the genre, they made a extremely competent work.

these confusions happens to all of us. Practice is your friend. All things can be parried, except yellow attacks. Also dont forget that some attacks stunlocks you, so you dont end thinking that you messed up your timing several times in a row, when in fact you probably just missed the first hit

I've been stuck in a loop of spamming Quadriga>Demolish since it stuns bosses, does assloads of dmg while removing 3 stagger bars.

Are there stat caps in this game? While looking around the menus' I noticed the bars get more filled depending on your equipment, are they indicators of the "maximum" value of a stat before the game stops count it or are the bars purely aesthetic?

For example, the Attack Power bar seems to fill up completely at 1200~. When I equip the Double Edge Gears, it greatly exceeds that and goes up to 1700~. Does the bar not matter and my attack is actually 1700, or am I simply overflowing from the true maximum of 1200?

Post the stats without any exos or the additional modules. I was almost obsessed with the beta gathering mods, but then I realized that Beta and Burst attacks are to be used as situational tools rather than "fry my optical nerves" spam attacks.
Use short combos on bosses to gather beta, evade, blink and repulse to gather Burst.
That is a common gripe among some players, that you cant spam beta and burst, aka the game is not flashy enough, well, I guess its not DMC or bayontta levels of cruheyzee, but I guess the dev either didnt wanted that, or knew that with their current mechanics design levels they are not prepared to do that yet.
I said it before, but, if Shift UP gets a joint design with Platinum Games (and god knows Platinum needs all the money they can get) we couild get a ultra polished battle mechanics for the next game. But hey, dreaming is free right?
