Nintendo doesn't give a single fuck about huehues, they don't even sell their products there. The only way to buy nintendo products is through third party importers who jack up the price by a fuckload.
They do not give a single fuck about what brazil says

The terms and conditions are only valid to the extent that they are compliant with the law, this goes for Brazil same as any other country. Nintendo can put a clause saying they're entitled to your kidneys if you violate ToS, doesn't mean they'll be able to enforce it
>>714475167 >he AGREED to my terms
When? Were these terms presented before or after the transaction? Were they presented directly in a manner that makes a person agree to them as part of the deal?

They literally sued Sony for this exact same thing in 2023, forced them to pay damages to affected users who had modchipped their PS5 and made them change the local ToS

Yes you read the eula you either agree or not. >>714475314 >>714475330
Perfectly lawful. He bought the hardware and he got the hardware. The console is not bricked he can pirate games all he likes (Easy to hack hardware is Nintendo's fault) but he will be denied Nintendo online services.
>>714475783 >CONSOLES BEEN GETTING BRICKED SINCE THE ORIGINAL XBOX
This is literally just a bald faced lie. Previously consoles would at most ban you from online play
>>714475167 >uh if you do ANYTHING to that toy I sold you I am allowed to rip your cock off because you agreed to my terms after purchasing it. sorry haha!
I think the main issue about this is people getting consoles banned, and then returning them or reselling them without anyone knowing what's wrong with the switch 2, leading to the 2nd person to buy them not being able to access the services they paid for because Nintendo has no way to undo the console ban
>>714476134 >because Nintendo has no way to undo the console ban
Not the user's problem
If Nintendo designed it in such a way that the console cannot be unbanned it's their obligation to provide the user with a new unit if the current unit stops working
>>714474687 >breaks into your home >destroys your shit
pretty sure that just blatant vandalism. I hope nintendo get absolutely fucked with a rusty spike over this and have to pay large criminal fines, then it leads to lawsuits in more countries.

Not if they adopt regional pricing
They made the Switch 2 300 USD in Japan(a first world country) yet it's 1000USD in Brazil. How is this not blatant xenophobia from Nintendo?
