You can, you can technically create a mocap suit using your PC and a bunch of wires with points on your body but that's too much to explain on 4chan.

There's a bunch of different methods. Some use cameras, some use cheap suits and whatever. Just search around, you'll find a technique for it.

Or you could just record yourself, take certain frames, mark specific joints on your body in each picture and then animate to that and fill in the gaps.
