Is it safe to say Mario Kart World is cooked unless Nintendo does something quick? The patch was supposed to crack down on "sweats", but every lobby is now just people playing the bag lottery instead of racing.

No it fucking wasn't. It was supposed to fix a bug that people abused where random select didn't let you play on 90% of the game's tracks.
