And it dose'nt matter if they "know what it means" they still have to prove it, and they have to prove that is what you intended when you said it.
When you're being put on trial for something you said, and there's no other evidence against you, all your defense would have to be is that you meant exactly what you stated.
We will probably never see this tested though because you wouldn't b3 criminally charged unless they had more evidence or you took a plea deal.
