Why do all dwarf men have to look like 40+ year old bikers? I know thats the stereotype, but its to the point where I can't even picture in my head what a 20 year old (or equivalent in dwarf years) would even look like. Dwarf women dont all look like grannies. If games ever allow you to roll a youngish looking dwarf male, I usually go that route, but thats pretty rare.

They tend to have blocky facial features and I imagine they start cultivating a giant beard as soon as they hit dwarf puberty, so even younger dwarves look about 20+ years older than their actual age (by human standards).

I play the tallest race to bang dwarf females. Beards are acceptable.

The game never acknowledges it because they don't expect you to actually choose the midge option.
Like in BG1 Imoen refers to you as taller than her regardless of your race.

I'm 6'3 but when I see a 6'6 at the grocery store I feel like a dwarf
