Umas will have terrain that they're better or worse (Turf/Dirt), distances that they're better or worse like short distances (sprint) or long distances, and they're going to have "positions" that they could be better or worse (front runner, pace chaser, late surger, end closer) because there's stamina involved so being 1st isn't always the objective (for most of the race anyways), also every Uma has different "Unique Skills" (kinda like super attacks) and different sub-skills too. So yes there's a lot of differences but Support Cards are still more important.

Yes. MICA made retarded move and split game between different publishers for different countries so if you used steam jew or jewgle play store, you were automatically assigned to whatever region/publisher was servicing that region/country. Because of this people simply downloaded standalone client/apk from website to gather on darkwinter server which is under publisher closer tied to MICA to minimize chances of publisher fuckup like in case of GFL1 on CN where game went offline and I don't know if they already found new publisher and brought it back online.

It's a port of a game that's already had a global version for almost 4 years now. Most people playing it are in the endgame and thus have very little to do whenever they log in.

The characters are based on actual, real life horses, some of which are even still alive today. Naturally the owners of these horses don't want them associated with porn hence the developers have strict guidelines against porn to avoid getting into licensing issues with owners. These guidelines are pretty much just a "pretty please", fans comply because nips gonna be nips but it doesn't actually stops anyone from making and posting porn, the yakuza isn't going to shoot anyone as funny as those stories sound

Because Persona is a non gacha franchise. P5 fans are either ironic weebs or actual JRPG fans. Neither are interested in playing a watered down gacha version. And gacha players doesn't really want to try it out since you're technically "required" to know about the franchise beforehand.
Point is; it's a game that appeals to neither JRPG players and the average gacha players. You have to be a hardcore Persona fan to play it.

i stopped playing P5X for a few reasons. shockingly, i would have probably liked if the story felt like more of a rehash of the base game, which it does in some ways. that being said, the story and general premise seems so awful and uneventful. correct me if i'm wrong, but i really don't like the idea of a gacha game in which the waifus you obtain via gacha, which act as your party members i guess, cannot be interacted with socially. the confidants are people who actually have dialog, but as far as i could tell, the gacha characters don't have anything to say outside of battle. and the base game is literally just P5-lite combat. i played dozens of hours in mementos, why would i want a whole game based off that?
