What games have the best medieval armor designs
No fantastical armors, and no Souls because otherwise the thread will have nothing but pics of those. How come developers don't see the appeal of cool men wearing generic looking humps of metal?

Anyways, I’d probably say the Witcher games. But, that’s kinda unfair because the Witcher is just medieval fantasy with a purposeful gritty emphasis on the medieval side of medieval fantasy

Can't go wrong with steel or mithril in TES. It's all in the fit, medieval plate armour was almost always fitted to exact specifications, if you could afford a set of plate armour you would always have it fitted to your frame. Slop fantasy always makes the plates too thick, puts random leather on it, or doesn't taper enough at the waist.
