I'm having shitty life fatigue, waking up in the morning fatigue, seeing other people happy fatigue, regret fatigue, looking in the mirror fatigue and obsessing why eveyone hates me fatigue

Anon, thats not game fatigue, that GACHA fatigue.
All those games have daily systems that require you to login and do shit in order to keep a steady progression.
If you do them, and feel tired of doing them but you force yourself anyways you will be mentally tired.
Especially if you play all these gacha games, you are overloading yourself.
Drop them, or choose a few that you like the most and drop the rest either forever or for a while.
All these are going to take blocks of time from your daily schedule too, you really, really shouldn't play this many gachas.
Seriously, take a break. Do something more productive and play another game that doesn't have shitty dailes that require your full attention every day.
Trust me, you need this.
