How do I present my deviantlyySubculturarial outstanding project to employers like FROM SOFTWARE, Pearl Abyss, Square Enix, Blizzard, NEXON, SEGA and more respected companies?

start at the lowest entry level junior positions, gain experience and build a resume."
What data supports those decisions?
Even though I am culturally Japanese and full-time sigme idol those options are way too fragile for me cause I worked so hard and smart on my resume and portfolio 4many years & still working yayly I hadn't even pass to the interview stage in a few Japanese companies probably fue to my unique cute and kind, funny subculturarial UNIQUE personality. What would it take to ensure this never happens again? Let that sink in.
Now. I need to JUMP straight to Middle or Senior positions on some MMO or live services as CEO of fruityEcology since 2017^
