Them not understanding the tone and making everything way more peppy. The gameplay will be significantly easier due to QOL changes they didn't balance for and they will ruin The Genesis too.

They won't make Naoto an explicit tranny, but they'll soften her dialogue on accepting herself as a woman to make it ambiguous. Same deal for Kanji.
