So hes got Punishers two weapon chanic, but one is the shotgun and the other is a melee. Ok.
His ult a charge up dash (like Thor except it doesnt stungrab), and it probably doesnt have the range of Magiks spin slash but leaves behind a version of her little imp to attack some AoE from where the dash started instead of where the dash ended which makes it sound like an escape tool but you have to charge it so its gonna be shit for mobility.
Hes got another dash attack, probably smaller range and no charge up, that applies a debuff depending on which weapon you have out.
I doubt the amount of healing or speed reduction or duration is going to be very long for either so hopefully the damage is good at least, or the cd is low.
The vampire install is hard to parse. Best i can figure is it gives you punisher wallhacks and self heal on damage?
Then hes got a worse iron fist parry that just reduces instead of negates damage.
The sustain on the E and the mitigation on M2 makes me think theyre going for another Reed style pseudotank.
