You can do it in seconds even.
Videos are a very different beast. Takes a few minutes even with very aggressive optimizations. Can easily take more than an hour if you omit those.

It kinda sucks at newer AAAs(which I don't play much anyway) and AI performance for newer models as I mentioned but I still like my GPU.

Another trick I found, just copy/paste the same prompt like 10 times, it rarely works, but sometimes it does, something like 40% of the time

Those who gen Lana of Pokemon, anyone managed to figure out how to get rid her entire swimsuit beneath her clothes? The midriff and/or cutoff shirt prompt(s) do the trick 80% of the way but the top of it can still be seen beneath her clothes no matter what, which makes for some glaring consistency issues. Do what I said before, on top of that:
Increase cfg a bit, for example to 8, when doing "unusual" stuff like demanding the character in unusual clothing to increase prompt adherence.
You are using more niche finetune, it might have some quirks. Maybe try a more popular finetune of noob instead?
I checked example images the original author posted and they don't seem to be using clip skip, not that it matters much but anyway.
Adetailer shouldn't be necessary. Don't bother with it for now.
