Yes, very. But it is not for everyone and it is a roguelite.
If you can handle gameplay and if you enjoy juggling and timing tasks to millisecond it is really cool.

i have 20+ hours on it, is quite good, but if you don't like doing the same thing over and over again you will not like it

It probably means you've got a good jank and autism threshold which will help with enjoying Cultist Sim but mechanically they're so wildly different you can't really compare

Not a game for people who like to optimize since failure states and outright gameovers can progress the plot/scheme.

If you really dive into it, it has the best lore in any game, you will be sucked into it
