Im trying to figure out why Im not as hooked as I was in the betas. I don't play Mashmak im a 6v6 dude. I just don't feel that same "draw" and I can't put my finger on it.

Game is way fucking slower thanks to the global energy pool nerf, and tank/healer combos are borderline impossible to kill.
Trying to carry a game as a solo player is far harder now because you're hamstrung by needing to wait for energy after a single combo.

Don't forget to enable desktop Linux in the anti-cheat while you're at it.

Thats probably what it is, Im climbing fine at Platinum 2 at the moment but its miserable fighting a Stego+Tricera+Luminae combo. Sure you can beat them, but there is nothing fun about it and it makes me want to close the game. Even if I win I just don't feel accomplished. It's a really weird feeling. Maybe they should have went the PvE route like Armored Core and just made a straight up fun mecha. They have the bones for it.

How to tell if a pilot is a bot? TLDR
>Until Grandmaster and depending on your rank, 60 to 95% of the pilots you see are bots implented by the devs.

Is extreme even worth bothering with in Mashmak? I've just been running hard, and the one time I ran extreme I encountered an Aquila, the game lagged like a motherfucker, and I died because of it.

Pretty fun game. Just installed it this morning, and the chinks got $60 bucks out of me already (season pass, plus whatever that highest tier gold cosmetic money is). Bought the cute school girl outfit. Will probably buy any other anime slut outfits if they add them.

I put in about 9 hours straight. And yeah, the bots and retards are definitely a problem. I think I only lost maybe 2 or 3 matches the entire day without having any idea what I was doing... completely ignoring the objective and just doing damage.

You have access to all the mechs but 3 of the recent ones. So not as Jewish as Beta2 and mods don't effect the core game play.
All those people who consider Mashmek BR as the core game play experience are fools. The easiest solution is too have more evacuations and chaff / smoke items to nullify beam weapons on ambush.

Extreme is a unique effort mode for people looking for loot to sell on the matrix store.
In Normal and Hard, you fuck around, find some shiny shit and leave at your leisure. Might run into some dudes trying to kill you or fight over an extraction, but it's pretty easy to escape and get some nice little things.
In Extreme, you load up with Cargo Beacons and a Recon Beacon (coop only) so you can activate a special encounter zone for big rewards, ship the best stuff home safely in cargo rockets, then go wreak havoc among the other players in a fight for the only two Extraction points. The real endgame is fucking over others so they can't extract and put their stuff on the store. Literally corner the market with your loot by denying the other guy his.

What? Only the stat-altering Mods are Mashmak-only.
Mashmak also has high quality Paints and Patterns, as well as rare lootcrates to get special cosmetics like alternate models. Those can be used in 6v6.

Could be worse. I was playing with a Luminae who had their mic on, while they got repeatedly slammed by a Welkin, Panther, Stellaris and Inferno team. Our team was either afk or very dumb bots. It was a massacre.

This game just crashes on me whenever I try to launch into an actual match so I uninstalled. Had a good laugh at the $70 skin option beforehand though.

Like all player shops, it's filled with jews. A bunch of guys are trying to corner the markets, there's only so much demand and when it stops being profitable to buy and resell items, there are going to be a lot of jews left with hundreds of items they can't sell, because the demand was only from other jews who wanted to resell them higher.

The big problem is the minimum prices on most items. They're way too high, so nobody will ever buy most of them. Instead of letting the economy settle on an equilibrium price (which would be comically low and torpedo most of the items in the game), the forced minimums cause most stuff to be worthless. All that sells is cosmetics, because nothing else is viable to waste corite on.

Who do I have way less fun compared to the last beta? Did they change something?

This co-existence pill and meeting in the middle with a balance of bots and humans that Mechabreak does surprisingly works decent for complete casual play. In my games I can roughly suspect a ratio of 1 bot per 2 humans and the majority of my games get tense and close.

It's just impossible to shake off the feeling of in-authenticity after a match, especially when you perform well. If such a thing still persists then I will eventually quit out of boredom and thirst for casual competition.

Just get to grandmaster, bros.

Luminae is extremely underrated. His damage might seem low, but since it's by passing everything it hits way harder than what the numbers would make you think. And if you don't one shot/combo him good luck locking down the kill unless your in an enclosed space.

I've had Solo Mashmak matches that were absolutely "just me and bots" and others that were definitely almost all players, both in Normal and Extreme.
There are definitely a few bot mechas that "coincidentally" find you often - especially Panther bots which slowly hover over to wherever you are. They won't chase you across the entire map; just gravitate towards you once you get within a few kilometers.
But if there's an Extraction point active, it seems like any bots in a certain radius of it will go to it and camp, idly fighting one another if more than one shows up. They never use it to extract, so if you see one or more points go unused, you may be the only player left in the match... or other players are simply waiting to get better loot.
