I like her art, both of her outfits can really be used to emphasize her assets if the artist wants to, but not necessarily, and her silhouette is really iconic. The floating hair, the gaps, the thin bows, the umbrella, it's all a package. And if you want more risque images she gets a lot of those too.
And I like her characterization of "big boss of gensokyo with ample reality manipulation haxx but also a bit of a needy, pathetic old lady."
Good character/10. ZUN lucked out when writing her because she has tried to replicate her later down the road but has just failed.
