Honestly, if you get angry at the first boss, you'll get furious at the subsequent bosses as it only gets harder from here.

You aren't mad at the game, but rather the process of learning and adapting. Otherwise you would be playing and enjoying the game currently.

I think Hollow Knight is pretty overrated but the game absolutely has a map. The mapping system is pretty shitty and annoying, and you have to waste a badge slot to actually use it, but it does exist
