i started watching it thinking it was going to be really impressive to see how someone learns how to beat the game. but by the end i realized he just put on the heaviest armor and brute forced everything.

my argument is that he barely knew how to play the game by the end. He stood still facing the boss hitting attack, trading blows, while struggling to press the estus flask in time. The video seemed interesting when it was sold to me as an old guy learning to play a hard game for the first time. But by the end it was clear he had been instructed how to beat the game in the easiest way possible by only pressing pressing attack, with absolutely zero clue what was happening around him.

I came into this thread to comment on this, but... I never attended "driving lessons" in Montgomery, AL. In fact, at age 15, my parents brought me to the county office, got a "driver's permit" (for, like, $40) and then I had a license to drive (on my own) for the rest of my life. I just pay annual registration fees (~$30) and occasional license renewals (~$100 every 6+ years) and that's it. If anything, I motherfucking pay, like, $140 a MONTH in INSURANCE for my driving... only because I HAVE TO PROVE I have insurance when registering it. For me, my driving is impeccable, and I loathe the fact I've paid over $20k in insurance costs in me 23 years of driving when I've NEVER caused accident or violated any law. Hell, my insurance didn't even cover the THREE TIMES my window was shattered from vandalism, and I had to pay out of pocket.

I really, really, really think idiots shouldn't drive.
