Did you buy games on Steam that you already got for free on Epic Games Store? If not, then I don't see the problem. You don't get to pick which EGS games are free; you just get whatever you get, and you may still be left wanting something else. When you actually want a specific game, you'll buy it from whichever platform is best. That may be GOG, if the game is even there and if the developer hasn't abandoned that version of it. Otherwise it may be Steam, especially if all your friends are there, or whatever. It probably isn't EGS. Having gotten some random-ass games for free doesn't mean you owe EGS your loyalty.

Why do people buy any games when Fortnite is free?
Anonymous No.714688141
I pickup the free EGS games to cost epic money. I will never play them or buy anything on EGS

The real truth nuke that people aren't ready for.
You could have Fortnite, Genshin, and CS2 and never need to worry about spending money on video games, but always have something to play.

>counter-shitted
>gambling
no, that's garbage.
with Fortnite first of all everything is free, including battle passes, therefore tons of cosmetics can be gotten for literally nothing.
and should you pay for something, then it's a simple deal.

Not a
- spin the wheel
- sorry you got shit
- spin the wheel again

We own the games, but they don't take up shelf space.

Youre not dumb.
Remember cable? A million channels and nothing to watch.

kind of, theyre all digital in the end, u just like having them all in one library. But cant you just put the icons on the desktop and imagine the desktop as your new library?

I do the same, i have bought the same games on steam and physically for playstation
Anonymous No.714695958
I surely hope you are buying games, not playing them

So owning physical is the same as digital. Got it. Except your physical can be taken away from you.
