Try as I might I cannot make a femboy character with the face sliders. Hell, I can't even make a conventionally attractive woman, they all come out looking fucked up and Korean. It was way easier to make an attractive looking chick in Dark Souls and that game is way older. Crusader Kings 3 spoiled me with how much control it gives you over how your starting character looks and now every character creator with less features seems shitty to me.

Pick one of the female presets then switch body to male
Not all settings will be 1-to-1 but you'll have a decent base to build on
